and lifts the skin with fast results that will improve within eight weeks. In essence, the plasma pen functions by using the voltage in the atmosphere between its tip and the normal gasses released from our skin to build a plasma charge. As collagen starts to form, crusts develop and peel off. The result is tighter and smoother skin – which occurs within days. A vampire facial, however, injects the PRP by itself through a procedure known as Micro needling without and fillers. The vampire facial is the one that Kim Kardashian made popularly, and as noted above, this non-surgical procedure skips the dermal filler part. The facelift helps deeper layers of the skin.
How does the facelift work?

What is the procedure of vampire facelift?
The term itself sounds scary and perhaps even painful, but it's a relatively simple procedure. Many people have questions about what this procedure entails. This facelift is a non-invasive procedure which involves using the patient's blood. Thereafter, we separate the platelet-rich plasma with a high concentration of growth factors.
The next step is to mix the natural part of the treatment, the PRP, with HA fillers, we prefer Juvederm Voluma. We use special numbing cream and leave it for about one hour in case we choose to do microneedling. The mixture is then ready to be injected with a sharp needle with a blunt cannula. This treatment leaves the patient with softer, lighter skin color than before the procedure. We use the needle to correct the fine lines and the cannula for the deep wrinkles.

However, unlike cosmetic surgeries where you endure broken bones and lengthy recovery periods, a nonsurgical rhinoplasty requires injecting hyaluronic acid dermal fillers at the target areas. The dermal fillers work by adding volume to areas of the nose that are sagging or drooping, helping to improve the shape and contour for enhanced aesthetics. Whether you want to remove a visible bump on your nose, enhance your nose bridge, or make the nose tip more streamlined, a non-surgical nose job offers convenience and exceptional results without the pain and discomfort that comes with classic rhinoplasty.

Now, you can correct even a small imperfection on your nose with this procedure with no expensive and time-consuming surgical procedures. Also, you won’t suffer surgery-related side effects such as loose nasal cartilage or scar formation.

He injects the dermal filler (hyaluronic acid) into the marked areas of your nose.
Next is the molding of the filler to create the ideal nose shape that meets your requirements.
And that is all.

However, most complications are treatable with minimal downtime when noticed early. The best part is that you do not need to stop your regular activities after a non-surgical rhinoplasty procedure. Jawline contouring is a procedure to reshape and define the jawline. In the past, people who wanted to change their jawline and facial contouring used surgery. Surgery is often expensive, invasive procedure, painful and comes with a lengthy recovery period. The good news is there are non-invasive jawline contouring procedures that also provide satisfactory results without the pain and long recovery time. These contouring methods include:
BOTOX®, from Botulinum toxin A, has been a superstar of the aesthetic surgery industry for many years for lines and wrinkles correction. The toxin works by relaxing the masseter muscle, which is the jaw muscle responsible for chewing. This simple procedure is almost painless and has a minimal recovery period. The results are almost instantaneous and improve within a few weeks after the procedure.
When will results be seen?
Results will take about one week to start showing and get better over time. You will see the best results four to six weeks after treatment. While the results are not permanent, jawline contouring with Botox can last up to six months. The treatment depends on the relaxation of the masseter muscle and any activity that can work the muscle can reduce the effectiveness of the treatment. Chewing for long hours and anything other activity that involves moving the lower jaw continuously can reduce the results. It is best to come for touch-up injections at least twice a year to maintain optimal results.
What are the side effects?
Botox for jawline contouring has the same side effects as other Botox procedures. Common side effects include
Injectable dermal fillers are effective for jawline contouring. Unlike Botox which relaxes the jaw muscles, fillers work by adding volume to parts of the jawline and the face that are saggy or drooping.
How does filler work for jaw contouring?
Dermal fillers fill the void in the face and jawline, making you appear fuller and more beautiful. This noninvasive procedure can be a standalone solution or combined with Botox for more satisfactory and longer-lasting results.
The results of dermal filling injections for jawline contouring are instant. You start seeing the results immediately after the procedure, which takes less than 45 minutes. However, the results are not permanent and are usually effective for 6-24 months.
before and after jawlines contouring
Is the procedure painful?
You may feel a slight discomfort as the needle enters your skin, but the procedure is largely painless. This is because the area around the jaw is less sensitive and most dermal fillers have an anesthetic effect.
Ultherapy and Fotona
Ultherapy is a non-surgical procedure that tightens the skin using ultrasound technology. This non-invasive treatment is effective for contouring the jawline by tightening the skin around the area. It can also revitalize skin on the chest, face, sternum and more. Read more about Fotona here
Ultherapy is short for ultrasound therapy. It works by concentrating ultrasound energy on the skin to stimulate the natural production of collagen in the body. Collagen is the substance that gives the skin its firmness and supple texture. Aging reduces the body’s ability to produce collagen, leading to saggy skin, wrinkles, and lines.
When will I see results
Ultherapy requires time to work because it stimulates the body to produce collagen. You can start seeing results three months after the treatment because the body requires time to produce significant amounts of collagen.
Is It painful?
Ultherapy is not painful, however, you might feel tingling during treatment and a slight puffiness after your session. Possible side effects include numbness, swelling, and inflammation. Ultherapy helps tighten the skin around the jawline, resulting in firmer skin. It offers excellent results for sagging, drooping and other age-induced facial problems. Two to three sessions are enough for optimal performance. However, maintenance sessions may be required to sustain improved collagen production in your skin.
Another non-surgical jawline contouring technique is a minimal-invasive procedure that uses PDO or polydioxanone threads. The PDO thread procedure is a skin lift treatment that helps correct saggy skin for a firmer and sharper jawline.
What does the PDO thread procedure involve?
The PDO thread lift procedure involves inserting small threads into the skin with extremely fine needles or cannulas at strategic spots to deliver an instant lift. Based on the size of the area and the number of threads the procedure requires, a session can take up to 30 minutes to one hour or more. PDO thread lifting is minimally-invasive and a local anesthetic is applied to the target areas for a mild numbing effect. You may feel slight discomfort during the session, but improved techniques continue to lower the pain patients experience during the procedure.
The PDO thread is a collagen-stimulator and over time will promote the body’s natural ability to produce the substance. Within 12 months of the procedure, the body will absorb the threads and the collagen production will continue to keep the skin firm and supple.
Effects of PDO thread lift
This procedure has three main effects on the body including:
Mechanical skin lifting which provides instant results
Collagen stimulation which promotes cellular rejuvenation
Neovascularization for improved skin texture, elasticity, and fine lines.
Side effects of PDO thread
PDO thread lifting has some side effects including:
A sensation of mild tightness up to two weeks after the procedure
In rare cases, the PDO procedure may cause infection, salivary duct damage, nerve damage, and nodules formation. Apart from jawline contouring, the PDO thread lift is also effective for crow’s feet, jowls, and wrinkles.
First of all, we need to define natural fillers. Usually, we use the word "natural" to describe something that is extracted from nature, in other words it is not synthetic. In this sense, all hyaluronic acid fillers such as Juvederm, Restylane, and Belotero are considered natural. However, if we want to be more specific, the most natural fillers are from our bodies, including fat.
Due to the extended downtime, and the complexity of the procedure, we usually use this procedure as a last resort, and mainly for areas that general filling is required rather than precise filler placement. The Brazilian Butt lift is an excellent example of fat grafting. We more commonly offer three types of injectable cosmetic treatments fillers:
Hyaluronic acid fillers (HA Fillers)
Collagen inducing fillers
Platelet-rich Plasma and Platelet-rich Fibrin (PRP and PRF)
Hyaluronic Acid fillers
Hyaluronic acid is one of the naturally occurring fillers in our body. When we are young, our body has an ample supply of HA in our skin. Hyaluronic acid loves water, keeps our skin hydrated and gives us volume. Hyaluronic acid is not permanent and as we age our body is not able to generate the HA we lose, hence signs of age such as lines and wrinkles. Therefore, we need to supply our body with an external source of HA fillers in the form in dermal fillers.
What is the origin of HA dermal fillers?
Pharmaceutical companies used to extract HA from animal sources. However, with advanced technology, all HA dermal fillers are produced by bacteria.
What is best HA dermal filler?
We use mainly two brands that produce the best results-Juvederm and Restylane. Both brands come in a different consistency and thickness for different areas of the face.
Collagen inducing fillers
Fillers such as Sculptra and Radiesse have minimal effect as fillers themselves. However, they induce the gradual production of natural fillers in our body such as collagen. Does that mean that Sculptra and Radiesse are more natural than Juvederm and Restylane? The simple answer is no. Sculptra, for example, are microsphere of Poly L lactic acid, which is a synthetic polymer, while Radiesse is synthetic Calcium microsphere gel that works similarly to Sculptra. Our body will eventually dissolve Sculptra and Radiesse microsphere over time.
PRP and PRF
Platelet-rich Plasma (PRP) is a 100% natural product of our blood. We prepare the plasma in the clinic by centrifuging the blood, to produce the best plasma filled with growth factors. PRP does not add volume at all and instead helps with skin texture, glow and fine lines especially if used with microneedling. Platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) is a way to ensure the plasma stays in place longer and does not work as fillers. PRF works perfectly for hair loss treatment
So what exactly are natural fillers?
The term natural fillers have been introduced in the field of cosmetic surgery and plastic surgery to refer to mixing any fillers with PRP. So basically, combining Voluma with PRP or Sculptra with PRP will produce “natural fillers”.
We have a protocol that we have developed over the years for the best mixture, and it varies from one filler to another and according to the site of injection. Each clinic has its own way of preparing their own natural filler.
How long does it last?
We noticed that natural fillers last longer than original fillers. It also makes other fillers such as Radiesse and Sculptra work faster. This will help it to give a better immediate and long-term results.
Is it for everyone?
The simple answer is no. Dr. Alhallak Ph.D, uses natural fillers for clients who would like to fill large areas of the face. His long experience using dermal fillers along with his advanced knowledge of the chemical structure of different fillers has allowed him to create innovative fillers and treatments to fit most of our client cosmetic needs.Other areas that we use natural fillers are the chest and neck though we still prefer using HA fillers to correct isolated issues such as lip contouring, lip fillers, cheek augmentation, under eye fillers and jawline contouring
This treatment meets the needs of patients wishing to look rejuvenated and rested while using the power of their own body to stimulate the process.
Anything done would be unknown to patients, and the results are gradual, so there is no dramatic instant result. As a bonus, the youthful look is long-lasting, natural-looking and can be progressed with further sessions if one wishes. It is a full-face treatment, so we are not filling specific folds or creating one rejuvenated area while neglecting other areas. Thus, the appearance looks congruent and not disjointed. The endpoint is a refreshed glow, smooth skin, fewer lines and folds, and better skin quality.
The primary principle behind this exciting new procedure is that it harnesses the power of your collagen supply and natural healing capabilities to create a new, improved, and naturally youthful looking you.
How does it work?
PlasmaSculpt works with your body’s natural process to rebuild your collagen over a four to six-month period of time. It gradually creates a more natural look without leaving any visible lines where the filler resides. Since fillers are instant, they are usually visible, leaving many looking too ‘filled’ and overdone.
PLLA uses one's body to stimulate collagen and increase skin glow and thickness. Combining concentrations and injection locations in different concentrations creates a safe and pleasing look that develops over time, so no one notices but the client.
How long does the treatment last?
You can expect PlasmaSculpt results are subtle but long-lasting, whereas traditional fillers typically only last three to six months. Most important is the mixing concentrations, depths and strategic placement for a safe and effective outcome. The visible effects may begin subtly as early as 2 weeks but more reliably at 2 months.
Benefits of PlasmaSculpt
is Dr. Anil Rajani's combination of Sculptra (PLLA) and PRF (Platelet Rich Fibers). The treatments stimulate collagen and elastin, as well as your body's natural support structure to reconstruct more youthful-looking skin and volume.
How many sessions do you need?
Several people may be happy with one session, but we recommend three treatment sessions, in the space of 1-2 months, to achieve the best outcome. The treatment depends on the quality of the actual skin, tissue laxity, and surrounding bone loss.
When will you see desirable results?
Plasmasculpt is a procedure that addresses most of these characteristics in a single treatment over several sessions for a natural-looking result using one's body to stimulate collagen. Final results take 6 months, but the look is very natural and pleasing.
PlasmaSculpt is using one's blood products to stimulate youth using one's growth factors. PlasmaScult by Dr. Rajani can improve existing youthful fat, reduce the appearance of dark circles and stimulate hair follicles where present. PlasmaSculpt treatments to help patients attain the results they have been looking for.

The planes of lips, what makes our lips look as they are?
The lips have upper and lower parts. The upper part has three planes form the upper lip, and the lower one has two planes. Understanding these planes gives the injector insight into important factors such as the location of injection, direction lip fillers placement, and the number of fillers for lip injections (Juvederm, Restylane) in each place. The two upper lateral planes are cone-shaped, with the apex at the corners of the mouth and the base bordering the middle plane.
How to choose the best fillers
The filler of choice must be resilient enough for areas that experience persistent kinetic movement. The lips, in contrast, are in constant motion. It is paramount to inject the filler of choice in the natural planes that constitute the lips. Proper plane placement will stabilize and ensure the duration of the implanted filler and sculpted shape. Placing different types of fillers in the thin lips will result in different cosmetic results.
A prime example is hyaluronic acid (HA). HA placed in the lips will keep its injected shape, dependent on the plane placement and flow of the material. The properties of HA will tend to displace tissue around the injected site. This effect can be exploited. Our fillers of Choice for lips fillers are Juvederm Volift from Allergan and Restylane Kysse from Galderma.
